P&A Software, part of the P&A Group (established in 1997) is a software supplier specialising in human resources systems designed to provide focussed HR functionality combined with a high degree of flexibility. The company supplies both off-the-shelf HR systems and bespoke HR solutions implemented using in-house software tools.
During the past 10 years, P&A Software has supplied HR software to more than 4,500 organisations in the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
P&A Software Solutions provides four types of software systems. These systems are designed to manage: personnel administration; training courses and staff development; recruitment and selection; and employee time and attendance. All these systems are backed-up with a full range of services including helpdesk support, user training (on-site or off-site), technical consultancy, and system implementation.
